Your Products Are Remembered
Type a product name and price once, and it's saved in your browser. The next time you create an invoice, start typing the same name and the price autocompletes — no need to re-enter your catalog every time. Open the "Saved Products" dialog at any time to rename a product, update its price, add a new one, or remove it entirely.
Flexible Discounts, Taxes & Charges
Apply a discount to any single line item, or to the invoice total, in either a percentage or a fixed amount. Tax and Service Charge fields are included by default but can be renamed, switched between percentage and fixed value, removed entirely, or supplemented with as many custom charges as your business needs.
Track Partial Payments
Tick the Amount Received, Remaining Amount or Payment Method checkboxes to reveal those fields only when you need them. Remaining Amount updates automatically as you type the amount received, and Payment Method offers quick presets like Cash, Card and Bank Transfer — all optional, and all included on the live preview and PDF when enabled.
